Paul Kotula Projects is pleased to present Crowd, a group exhibition featuring figurative work by emerging to internationally recognized artists. Spanning several decades and media, the selection of artworks in this exhibition instills a sense of the varied and distinct voices that reflect our culture while also highlighting the fragmentary interconnectedness between individuals/artworks that can occur when a crowd gathers.
The exhibition features works by Jim Chatelain, Chuck Close, Carlos Diaz, Jack Earl, Viola Frey, Brenda Goodman, Cynthia Greig, Jane Hammond, David Hockney, Alex Katz, Howard Kottler, Cary Loren, Michael Lucero, Jova Lynne, John Maggie, Philip Pearlstein, Charles Pompilius, Italo Scanga, Paul Schwarz, Lee Stoliar, Peter Williams and Soonran Youn.
